Shaun Hampson (born 21 March 1988) is an Australian rules footballer who has played for the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League since 2007. Hampson excelled at sport at school, including athletics, swimming and soccer, but did not begin playing Australian football until 2004. He then joined Queensland’s Mt Gravatt Football Club in 2005 and by the end of the year he was their number one ruckman.
